Shipping & Handling
 
Order Processing may take up to 2-7 business days. We really appreciate your patience with us as we work on getting your order to you. Our company/warehouse is based out of Vancouver, BC, Canada!

Most addresses in the US and Canada: We typically now ship with Canada Post.

PO boxes, outside the US and Canada, and rural locations: We ship with Canada Post and it's forwarded to the destination countries' postal service. 
 
Tracking numbers only work once your package has been picked up from our warehouse. Please allow tracking numbers 24-48 hours to update once your shipping confirmation email is received.
 
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping service is responsible for delivery. If you need to update your delivery parameters while it's in transit, you will have to contact the shipping service directly.
 
*Note: If the order is URGENT, please email us at hello@revolcares.com with your order number. (i.e. #00000)* and we will do our best to accommodate ASAP.
 
Domestic (Canada & USA Only)
 
Revol Cares offers standard shipping. Once shipped, it may take approximately 2-9 business days.*
 
We also offer Express shipping which will take approximately 1-3 business days once shipped (within Canada.)
 
USA Express Shipping: Because packages are crossing the border, they are subject to possible customs delays. Once shipped, packages generally can take 2-6 business days.*
 
Revol Cares will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. 

The customer will be responsible for all duties, customs and tariffs that may apply to with international shipments.
 
International
 
Once shipped, it may take approximately 6-10 business days depending on the destination countries' postal service.*
