Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your undies, so if you're unsure about how something might fit, email us at hello@revolcares.com and we’ll help you get the right pair!

 

To start an exchange

You’ll need:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • Images to provide clarity

 

What happens:

  1. Tell us why you’re exchanging

  2. Select the item(s) you’re exchanging

  3. Choose what you want instead

  4. We review your request right away

 

You have 30 days to exchange your size, style, or receive a store credit.


We’re unable to provide refunds on ANY underwear. 

Tip: If you ordered multiple pairs, try on one first (over a base layer) to check fit before washing or wearing.

 

Underwear Exchanges

Because these are intimate garments, we can only accept exchanges that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Tried on with another pair of your undies on underneath
  • Or, of course, unopened!

All exchanges are inspected before approval.
We do not offer refunds on any underwear.

 

Holiday Exchanges

Items purchased Nov 15–Dec 31 can be exchanged until Jan 31 of the following year.

Sale Items

  • Styles discounted 25% or more are final sale

  • Clearance items are final sale

  • Mystery Bundles are final sale

All final sale items are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or exchanges.


Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

  • Free items

  • Shipping fees

  • Gift cards

  • Items from third-party sellers

  • 5% processing fees

 

Order Cancellations

All cancelled orders incur a 5% processing fee 
If you need to revise your order, email us within 24hrs so we can adjust it before it ships.

 

In-Store Purchases

If you have concerns, email us your proof of purchase + a photo to hello@revolcares.com.

 

Return Shipping

Canada & USA:
You cover return shipping; we cover the shipping for your exchange item(s).

International:
You cover shipping both ways.

 

Sales Tax

Our leakproof underwear is officially classified as a medical device so it’s fully tax-free.
(Valid on leakproof underwear only.)
