Revol Cares June Giveaway
Official Rules
No purchase necessary. A purchase does
not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Sponsor
The Revol Cares June Giveaway is
sponsored by Revol Technologies Inc., operating as Revol Cares, located at 950 Powell St #205, Vancouver, BC V6A 1H9 (“Sponsor,” “Revol,” “we,” or “us”).
This giveaway is not sponsored,
endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, The June Motel,
or any of the prize partners unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering,
entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this
giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal
residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are at least
18 years old or the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of
residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers,
directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members or household
members of Revol Cares, its affiliates, agencies, prize partners, and any
companies involved in the administration of this giveaway are not eligible to
enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by
law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 10th,
2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific
Time.
Entries received before or after the
giveaway period will not be eligible.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a Labour Day
weekend getaway for two people to Sauble Beach, Ontario.
The prize includes:
- Round-trip economy flights for the winner and one
guest to Ontario, booked by Revol Cares; - A three-night hotel stay for two people at The June
Motel in Sauble Beach, Ontario over Labour Day weekend; - Additional partner gifts from Birch Babe, Encircled, Tofino Towel Company, Lavoh, Luscious Bakery, The Wellness Refinery, and CB Coffee Club.
The approximate retail value of the
prize is $3,200.
The prize does not include meals,
drinks, ground transportation, airport transfers, baggage fees, seat selection
fees, travel insurance, parking, hotel incidentals, room service, minibar
charges, tips, upgrades, passport or identification costs, medical costs,
taxes, or any other expenses not expressly listed above.
The winner and guest must be available
to travel over Labour Day weekend 2026, or on dates selected or approved by Revol
Cares. Travel dates are subject to hotel and flight availability. If the winner
or guest is unable to travel on the required dates, the prize may be forfeited
and an alternate winner may be selected.
Flights will be booked by Revol Cares
in economy class from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s
residence, as determined by Sponsor. Flight costs are subject to a maximum
value of $1,200. Any costs above the stated prize inclusions are the
responsibility of the winner and guest.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash
value, and may not be substituted except at Revol’s discretion. Revol reserves
the right to substitute the prize, or any portion of the prize, with a prize of
equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any
reason.
5. How to Enter
Instagram Entry
During the giveaway period, entrants
may enter by:
- Following @revolcares on Instagram; and
- Commenting on the official giveaway post; and
- Subscribing to the Revol Cares newsletter
This provides one giveaway entry.
Entrants must maintain an active
public or accessible Instagram account long enough for Revol to verify
eligibility if selected as the potential winner.
Bonus Entries with
Purchase
During the giveaway period, entrants
may receive 10 bonus entries for every eligible pair of Revol underwear
purchased from Revol Cares at www.revolcares.com during July 2026.
Bonus entries are calculated based on
eligible purchases completed during the giveaway period and may be subject to
order verification.
If an order is cancelled, refunded,
disputed, or returned, any bonus entries connected to that order may be
removed.
No-Purchase Bonus Entry Method
No purchase is necessary to receive bonus entries.
To receive 10 bonus entries without purchase, entrants may complete the no-purchase entry form on the official contest landing page and include their full name, email address, Instagram handle, country, province/state, answer a series of questions, and confirm that they are 18+ or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.”]
Each valid no-purchase bonus entry request will receive 10 bonus entries.
Purchase and no-purchase bonus entries will be treated equally.
6. Entry Limits
Limit one Instagram entry per person.
Bonus entries are available through
eligible purchases or through the no-purchase bonus entry method described
above.
Use of multiple accounts, automated
entry systems, bots, scripts, or any attempt to manipulate the entry process
may result in disqualification.
7. Winner Selection
On or around August 3rd, Revol will
randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during
the giveaway period.
Odds of winning depend on the total
number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted
by Revol Cares via Instagram direct message and/or email. The potential winner
must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If the potential winner does not
respond within the required time, cannot be verified, does not meet the
eligibility requirements, does not complete the required documents, answers the
skill-testing question incorrectly if applicable, or is unable to accept the
prize as awarded, they may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner
may be selected.
8. Canadian Skill-Testing
Question
Before being declared the winner, a
Canadian potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing
question without mechanical, electronic, or other assistance.
9. Winner and Guest
Requirements
Before the prize is confirmed or
booked, the potential winner must complete and return a Winner Declaration,
Release, and Prize Acceptance Form.
The winner’s guest must complete and
return a Travel Companion Release Form.
These forms may include confirmation
of eligibility, acceptance of the official rules, publicity permissions where
permitted by law, liability releases, travel acknowledgements, and confirmation
that the winner and guest understand which expenses are and are not included.
The winner and guest are responsible
for having valid government-issued identification and any required travel
documents. The winner and guest are also responsible for their own travel
insurance, medical needs, and personal expenses.
Failure to complete required documents
by the deadline provided by Revol may result in prize forfeiture.
10. Travel Terms
Travel is subject to availability,
airline rules, hotel rules, weather, delays, cancellations, and other
circumstances outside Revol’s control.
Revol is not responsible for flight
delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, lost or delayed
baggage, illness, injury, weather, schedule changes, hotel closures, or any
other travel disruption.
If any part of the prize is not used,
no compensation, cash, or substitute prize will be provided.
The winner and guest must comply with
all airline, airport, hotel, and local rules and policies. Revol reserves the
right to disqualify a winner or guest who behaves in a way that is unsafe,
unlawful, abusive, disruptive, or damaging to Revol, the prize partners, the
hotel, airline, or any other person or property.
11. Taxes
Any taxes, fees, or reporting
obligations connected with accepting or using the prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated by Revol in writing.
12. Publicity
Where permitted by law, by accepting
the prize, the winner agrees that Revol may use their name, city,
province/state, Instagram handle, image, likeness, voice, submitted content,
statements, and prize-related content for promotional, advertising, and publicity
purposes without additional compensation.
The winner’s guest will be asked to
provide separate consent before their name, image, likeness, voice, submitted
content, or statements are used for promotional purposes.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected for
this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility,
contact the potential winner, award the prize, comply with legal requirements,
and otherwise as described in Revol’s Privacy Policy.
Entering the giveaway does not
automatically subscribe entrants to marketing emails unless they separately
consent to receive them.

14. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be
bound by these official rules and by Revol’s decisions, which are final and
binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Revol reserves the right to cancel,
suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human
error, legal requirements, platform issues, or any other factor impairs the
integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.
Revol is not responsible for lost,
late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, deleted, delayed, undelivered, or
invalid entries; technical issues; internet failures; platform outages;
unauthorized human intervention; or errors in giveaway administration.
Revol reserves the right to disqualify
any entrant who violates these rules, tampers with the entry process, acts
dishonestly, uses multiple identities or accounts to circumvent the rules, or
acts in a way that is abusive, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the
giveaway.
15. Limitation of
Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release
and hold harmless Revol Cares, Revol Technologies Inc., Instagram, Meta, The
June Motel, prize partners, agencies, affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any claims, losses,
damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation
in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.
Nothing in these rules limits any
rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced on Revol
Cares’ Instagram account, email, website, or other marketing channels after eligibility has been verified and required documents have been completed.
To request the winner’s name after the
giveaway has closed, contact socials@revolcares.com within 30 days.
